Our Journey
We are a locally-owned business, founded and operated by a dedicated husband-and-wife team. Mike commenced his career in law enforcement as a Military Police Officer stationed in Korea. In 1976, he transitioned to civilian law enforcement and retired as a Detective in 2002. Since then, he has specialized in serving legal papers. Tracy began her career in 1986, focusing on serving papers, managing a legal messenger route, handling client filings, and acting as a Trustee’s Sale Agent.

We serve both Whatcom and Skagit Counties. We collaborate closely with our clients to ensure their legal support service needs are met with timeliness and efficiency. Our team is detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional standard of service.
